Since this is a personalized, live 1:1 consultation, all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

If you cannot attend at the scheduled time, you may request a reschedule at least 12 hours in advance (subject to availability).

No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, late cancellations, or if you are unsatisfied with the guidance (as results may vary for each individual).

In case of technical issues or failure to deliver the service from our side, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
